Polish artist Anna Molska's short videos draw on the post-Soviet imaginary
and distil elements of early avant-garde movements such as Suprematism and
Constructivism. Following the screening Molska will discuss her practice

Artists Cinema Commissions

The world premiere of eight new LUX / ICO Artists Cinema commissions by some
of the most interesting artist filmmakers internationally: Keren Cytter,
Aurélien Froment, Amar Kanwar, Deimantas Narkevicius, Rosalind Nashashibi,
Catherine Sullivan with Farhad Sharmini, and Akram Zaatari. The screening
will be followed by a discussion with Keren Cytter, Aurélien Froment,
Deimantas Narkevicius and Akram Zaatari, moderated by Ian White.

Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster

Following her 2008 Tate Modern Unilever Commission, TH.2058, Dominique
Gonzalez-Foerster presents three films connected to past exhibitions of her
work, but not in a conventional documentary manner. Marquise was filmed
directly after opening at the 2006 São Paolo Biennial, De Novo was filmed
one month before opening at the 2009 Venice Biennale, and Noreturn was
filmed during the final week of TH.2058 at Tate Modern in 2009. Following
the screening Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster will be joined in conversation
with Tate curators Stuart Comer and Jessica Morgan.
